The Healthy Italian: Fire up the Grill!Here are some surefire ways to enjoy a healthy BBQ season:
* Choose marinades with an acidic ingredient, such as lemon/lime juice, wine oryogurt, to tenderize meat, boost its flavour and minimize the cancer risk whenbarbecuing.* Trim fat and remove the skin from meat when grilling it.* Grill more vegetables - try a mix of asparagus, portobello mushrooms, redpepper, zucchini and shallots.* Serve up dessert hot off the grill, too.
