INTRODUCTIONAlmost everyone loves coffee.It has been said that some 330 million cup of coffee are consumed everyday in India.This is a lot of coffee, what makes it so attractive to enter into the coffee business is the low starting cost in comparison with other businesses.Coffee business is very appealing is that even though it is food service, and has highest gnawing away rate than any other business, it has the higher profit margin than say in a restaurant and this is an advantage.

Company (location)Location of the company is very important and plays a vital role in sales and profits.And location of my company is in Nagapattinam , Tamil nadu.The shop is named as wake up cafe .

Company(Facility)The commercially zoned premises have the necessary water and electricity hook ups and will require only minor remodeling to accommodate the coffee cafe, kitchen and storage area.

PRODUCT(DESCRIPTION)The drinks will be offered with whole, skimmed, or soy milk.These drinks are combined with steamed milk or other additives like cocoa, caramel, etc.Proper preparation techniques are of paramount importance for such drinks.

SALES LITERATUREPamphlets about the new coffee shop is distributed in and around Nagapattinam, two weeks prior to the opening of shop.Subsequently free postcards with coffee caf endorsement will be printed to increase the company visibility among the patrons.

MARKET ANALYSISThe executive summary, situation analysis, marketing strategy, financial projection, implementation techniques and control are important for the high market of the targeted product.
