BalaWith over 20 years of experience, Bala has grown over the ranks, working in various functionsstarting from R&D, product development, production, Quality Control, project management,and middle-level and top-level management. Bala has delivered value to customers working forprivate sector companies such as Wipro, public sector companies such as C-DOT, and inter-national companies such as Lucent Technologies, and Bank of New York Mellon (iNautix). Inhis 10 years tenure with Lucent Technologies, USA, Bala has managed many wireless productdevelopments. He also has a US patent in wireless communication domain. Currently he ismanaging OptiRisk India operations and focusing on global nancial risk management ser-

    vices. He completed executive MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata and holds a

    bachelors degree in Engineering.

    Wasim AliWasim Ali has completed his bachelors and masters of technology from IIT Kharagpur.While at IIT, Kharagpur, Wasim has designed and implemented an Asset Information Manage-ment System, integrating it with the existing ERP package. As part of this project, Wasim in-troduced Balanced Score Card for the same. As an Intern, working at Fenesta Building Systems,Kota, Rajasthan, Wasim has improved an optimization model to better reutilization of scrap attheir manufacturing plant.Currently, Wasim is working with clients in the areas of process and planning optimization,

    including requirement gathering & analysis, coming up with models and solutions, and devel-opment of prototype.
