At the Bradley International Training Institute, we believe in contributing to the healthy development
of individuals, families and communities through consultative training which is delivered through
demonstrative and applied methodologies and techniques. All BIT Institute courses and
programmes are offered to participants from public, private and non-governmental or non-profit
making sectors and organisations. BIT operates in the African continent, and has capacity to
provide services internationally.
Bradley International Training Institute also prefers to customise programmes which are tailored to the
specific needs and challenges of organisations, focused on strengthening the leadership skills and
expertise of the professionals in those organisations. BIT Institute ‘s strategy of delivery is flexible in that our
experienced and accredited trainers can be deployed to come to you organisations to deliver training
solutions for larger groups or the participants can attend programmes at our well equipped facilities.

Bradley International Training Institute takes cognizance of the different training
requirements for institutions and individuals. It gives a personalised touch to each and
every participant. Institutions may want to send their staff to cover particular
programmes not on our calendar or specific content in some of our existing
programmes. Should you wish to undertake a customized course which is not listed
on our website, please contact the Programmes Director using the Contact details
provided on our contacts list.
Each BIT Institute course is offered in a specified delivery mode. It is important to
ensure that you are aware of this when you make your selection. See either the
specific programme you are interested in and contact the office if you need any
special attention due to physical disability or any other hindrances.

Our courses are tailored to client's needs with a structure that is flexible and designed
to match clients' available time and budget and logistics. BIT assertively offers onsite
training as per the client's needs and is also able to provide off- site training.
Bradley International Training Institute has a perfect fit structure of training solutions
catering for both the local and international Market. The International Market covers
all other countries outside South Africa whose delegates would require travel and to
be accommodated for the time period they are in South Africa. Duration ranges from 1-
4 weeks. On the other hand, the local training programmes caters for delegates that
are within South Africa and who will be hosted by BIT for a period not more than 5
days

Bradley Institute is relentlessly working towards offering Learnerships programmes to high
school graduates in preparation to the professional world. Learnerships is a structured learning
programme which includes theoretical and practical workplace experiential learning over a
period of at least 12 months and which leads to an occupationally related qualification
registered on the National Qualification Framework. Learnerships are funded for both
employed and unemployed learners.

emergent leaders from previously disadvantaged communities. Our Higher Education
and Training Certificate: Development Practices forms the cornerstone for our
interventions in this regard.
