Buy Different Types of Mezcal
Mezcal is made from a mexican plant called Agave.
This plant grown in many parts of Mexico.
Today mezcal is made from the plant called pina the same way sa it mede before 200 years.
Agaves
There are basically five types of mezcal available. These are Espadín, Tobalá, Tobaziche, Tepeztate and Arroqueño.
Espadín is the most common agave and is versatile. If it seems familiar when you taste it, that’s because it’s the genetic grandfather of blue agave, which is used for tequila
Tobalá is king of mezcals.Mezcal made from tobalá tends to be fruity and comple and usually pretty pricey.
Tepeztate agave can take up to 30 years to reach maturity, so don’t expect any sort of regular supply of it.
Latin name of Arroqueño agave is agave Americana. The spirit made from this plant can be floral, even vegetal, but seems to often have a spicy, bitter chocolate note.
