Tubolites have been designed for high visibility marking of entrances, exits, rotaries, parking spaces and traffic channelization. The one-piece, closed top, self-cleaning translucent plastic light-tube contains fluorescent pigments which provide a brightly illuminated visual target even in heavy snowfall and fog. It has been announced that William (Billy) Langford, dean of American golf course architects, has been named a principal with the firm of McFadzean and Everly, Limited, of Winnetka, 111. Mr. Langford has been in the field of golf course design for many years, dur-ing which time he has designed more than 250 courses.
McFadzean and Everly, Limited, Park and Recreation Planners, appointed Mr. Langford as part of an expansion pro-gram aimed at meeting the increasing demand for recreational facilities in the US, particularly in the golf course field.
