1. Offer & acceptance. All parties need to sign an Offer & Acceptance (O&A). The real estate agent should assist with this process. A copy of the O&A should be sent to your conveyancer so they can begin the settlement process. 2. Conditional contracts. You will receive a Letter and Service Agreement from our office. This will outline all the conditions of the contract. i.e. finance approval, titles to issue. Please sign and return this document as soon as possible. 3. Conditions to be satisfied. Please ensure that any conditions on the O&A required to be fulfilled are undertaken by the required date. A delay in doing so may result in a late settlement. Your conveyancer will contact you to confirm once all conditions of the contract have been met. 4. Pay deposit. Make sure your deposit is paid on time to the real estate agent’s office as nominated on the O&A. 5. If finance is required. Should finance be required, you must provide a copy of the O&A to your mortgage broker or bank so approval can be arranged. 6. Finance approved.
