3. You can find a wide selection of washbasin mixer taps at IKEA. All taps come with a strainer kit (except OLSKÄR). All IKEA taps have a water-saving device that uses 50% less water but ensures water flow feels identical.
Most of our taps have a special energy-saving function: a cold water start. Ordinary taps releases both cold and hot wa-ter when turned on. But often, the hot water does not reach the entire way out and stops in the pipes. When you lift the lever straight up on a tap with a cold water start function, only cold water is released, which reduces any waste of hot water.
4. The washbasin cabinet can be mounted to the wall with or without supporting legs. If you decide to use supporting legs, ensure you select the correct combination of legs. The cabinets that have 38cm depth need the a 4-pack of LILLÅNGEN. The shallow cabinets that are 25cm deep require a 2-pack of legs. (The legs are sold separately.)
5. Finally, choose what to place above and around your washba-sin: mirrors, mirrored cabinets, high cabinets, high cabinets with mirrored doors, or wall cabinets. All you need to know if how much storage you’d like and the size of your space.

1. Start planning your bathroom by thinking about the wall space you have available for a washbasin cabinet and washbasin, since this is the centre of most bathroom activi-ties. The LILLÅNGEN series comprises washbasin cabinets of different sizes and storage capacities.
LILLÅNGEN is flexible, so you can combine your washbasin cabinet together with open shelves. Choose from a washbasin cabinet as a combination of a full cabinet or in combination with an end unit. For extra stroage, just add open shelves.
If you want a different style in your bathroom, combine LILLÅNGEN washbasin cabinets with a VISKAN counter-top. It’s available in a variety of colours and can be completed with GUTVIKEN countertop washbasin. IKEA bathroom countertops are designed to a high standard and are water resistant, as well as highly durable. They’re available in 3 different sizes which match LILLÅNGEN washbasin cabinets and end units. Choose the look that suits you and your bathroom best.
After you have decided on the size and storage capacity of the washbasin cabinet, choose between white, black-brown or white/aluminium finishes. (Note: white/aluminium finish is not available in all functions.)
2. The edge of LILLÅNGEN washbasins include a space where you can keep items that you use most often. The deep washbasins come with matching accessories like soap dishes, towel hooks and trays. The shallower version includes towel hooks, perfect for even the smallest of spaces.
LILLÅNGEN washbasins are made in ceramic. Ceramic washbasins have a glazed finish and are easy to clean. They have excellent scratch resistance and are very durable.
All washbasins come with a water trap and strainer (only TÄLLEVIKEN and TYNGEN do not include water strainers). The water trap is flexible and can be connected to washing ma-chines and dishwashers too.
