YOUR CREW

Captain - Responsible for the boat, its maintenance, navigation and safety on board.

Your captain is in permanent contact with the authorities and his passengers for everything

concerning the charter.

Host(ess) / Cook - Your Host/Cook is in charge of food and beverage supplies, housekeeping

in the on board public areas, quarters, cooking and serving.

Crew - Boats longer than 62 feet (18.9m) have a third crew member to assist with manoeuvers

of the boat and on board service.

CASH BOX

In addition to the price of the cruise, a fixed and compulsory «cash box» fee is payable by

each passenger, on arrival in cash.

The cash box varies by destination and covers items including:

• Payment of taxes in national parks.

• Tourist taxes and island landing fees.

• Mooring and anchorage fees at certain stopovers.

• Additional supplies of fresh water, fuel, gas, fresh products etc.

The cash box will be explained when booking or if necessary, indicated on your quote or

your booking confirmation.

EXCURSIONS

As part of your charter, excursions may be offered to allow you to discover the region in

more detail and to meet the local population. This is additional to the original itinerary of

your cruise. If you decide to take this «Excursion Pack», it will be paid for locally, in cash.

FLIGHTS AND TRANSFERS

Flights and transfers are not included in the price of your cruise, however, if you wish, we can

help you organize them, just contact your Charter Advisor.

MEALS & BEVERAGES

Your charter is on a full board basis with three meals a day (except for lunch on boarding

and disembarking days). Meals are served at the table or buffet style. Please note that our

crew will do everything possible to give you complete satisfaction with your charter but they

may not be able to meet special dietary requirements.

Drinks are included for all cruises in the Caribbean, Thailand and Seychelles (for Praslin

Dream Premium only). For all other cruises still mineral water, tea and coffee are included

and you will have a menu of drinks served on board (at an extra cost). In certain destinations

due to their location, some items may not be available due to import regulations. In the

Maldives, any import of alcohol and pork by passengers is prohibited.

ASSIGNMENT OF CABINS

The allocation of cabins is done in order of booking, except when specific requests are

made at the time of making the reservation. On some boats, superior cabins are available

for a supplement.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

We advise you to be vigilant and avoid bringing valuables or large sums of cash. We are

unable to accept responsibility in case of theft, damage or loss.

You will be solely responsible for ensuring your travel documents, passport, any visas and

vaccination certificates are valid according to the regulations of the countries visited. We

advise you to check the validity of your travel documents with the relevant authorities.

Providing copies of passports does not relieve you of your responsibility for compliance with

and trousers. High factor sun cream is essential.

LUGGAGE

Our boats are comfortable, however the space in your cabin is limited, so you will not be

able to store large suitcases. Take soft travel bags - much easier to fit in the available lockers.

TOWELS & SHEETS

You will be provided with two sets of sheets and two sets of towels (shower and beach) per

person per week.

WATER

The on-board water tank, the water produced by the water maker for the boats equipped

with it, or the water restocked along the way are enough for your comfort. However, your

captain, for environmental reasons, will encourage you to use water responsibly.

WATERSPORTS

Masks, flippers and snorkels are provided, but we advise you, if you wish, to bring your own

equipment if you want to be sure of having your size. One or two kayaks and possibly a

stand-up paddle board will be available, depending on the boat and the destination.

FISHING EQUIPMENT

It is possible to fish from the edge of the boat provided you respect the rules and any

prohibited zones, but fishing equipment is not provided. You can bring your own if you wish

providing it does not present any danger for other passengers or crew. We do not allow

scuba diving or spearfishing equipment on board.
