Non premium booth if paid by Dec 1, 2017 is $465.00 or multiple non premium booths are $440.00 per booth. After December 1, 2017 the premium booth is $585.00 or multiple premium booths are $560.00. Non premium booths paid after December 1 are $545.00 or multiple non premium booths are $ 520.00 per booth. Premium Booths are: Numbers are 1,2,3,4,5,6, 13,18,23,28,33,38,43,44,45,46,47,and 48. Booth includes: Table, 2 chairs, meals for 9th & 10th for 2 booth workers per booth, FREE Wi-Fi . (Additional 30” X 6’ tables are $25.) Electricity in booth $75.00 Additional booth workers $120.00 per person to cover the food costs Meals included Wednesday: breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, happy hour food Meals included Thursday breakfast, mid-morning snack and lunch Booth Set Up and Tear Down Information: Set up Tuesday May 8th from 5:00pm -8:00 pm Tear down Thursday May 10th 10:30am—you are welcome to stay for lunch Exhibitor Hours: *You will have 7 hours of face time during the expo. All food and drinks for breaks and all meals will be in the Expo Hall. See expo face time detailed schedule below.
