To help the situation you would need to, give the customer there space don’t over whelm them with a bunch of options. And he answered all of the suspicious questions very calm and did not get upset for having to repeat himself or to answer the obvious.

My situation A man walks into subway and doesn't know what to get for a sub…I was in subway watching this person order a sub, it took over thirty minutes to order his sub. Then another twenty to pay.

will cost four dollars and you can get a fountain drink or a drink in the cooler ether one comes with the meal.”

Conclusion In the end I think the worker handled this

customer very well and stayed very calm in this situation. When they were done the man walked out with a smile.
