Club Constitution Outlines the club’s purpose, intent, officers duties, election,
meeting process & other important information about the club.
If there is a problem w/in your club, refer to your constitution & Advisor to help guide you.
Club Leader Orientation
ROLE OF CLUB OFFICERS
A successful Club Officers will… Provide the Advisor with contact information of
all officers. Schedule & notify advisor of club meetings in
advance. Keep good records of meetings (agenda,
minutes, budgets). Ask the Advisor well in advance before planning
an activity

MONEY MANAGEMENT
All student organizations are required to do their
banking through the college, and accounting for the
funds will be performed by the District Accounting

Cash Advance Reconciliation Form Must be submitted w/in 2 weeks of cash advance.
FUNDING & FUNDRAISING
Inter-Club Council (ICC) Seed Money Complete ICC Budget Request Form Advertising Requirements Funding for events/activities only Matching funds up to $700
LMCAS Complete LMCAS Funding Request Form Funding for events/activities & projects, etc. No limit on funding amount
Donations Must be coordinated w/Foundation Office Complete Gift Acceptance Form
RESERVING FACILITIES
Use of Facilities Scheduling the use of facilities is permitted for
chartered clubs Meetings Events
Advisor submits Staff Use of Facilities Form Include Club Name
Advisor MUST be present during use.
Tabling in Quad (indoor & outdoor) Club Officer can schedule with Student Life Office Schedule 1 week in advance.
EVENT PLANNING
All club events & activities are subject to approval of the Office of Student Life.
Attendance of more than 75 people is expected.
Event is held after 9:00pm during the week.
Event is held after 5:00pm on Friday or during the weekend.
