ABOUT USThe Metro Center serves as theconduit between metropolitandecision-makers and the knowledgebase of Washington’s research land-grant university to address criticalissues facing our communities. Metro Center staff providemanagement support for all projectsincluding project scoping, assemblingthe project team, monitoringsubcontracts and deliverables, andreporting.
By utilizing short-term, project basedteams, the Metro Center is able torespond quickly to requests frommetropolitan elected officials,decision makers, and non-profitleaders.

SERVICESFocused one-on-one RFP assistance withan experienced Metro Centerprofessional. These services may includedrafting the RFP for agency review orreviewing existing RFP(s) prior to release. Designing a quality pre-award processthat fits your organizations resourcesalong with any specific requirementsassociated with the RFP or fundingsource. General workshops provided in aclassroom setting to learn the basiccomponents of a quality RFP and tips onhow to manage a pre-award process.This may be ideal for agencies whorelease funds with the expectation thatrecipients further distribute those fundsto other collaborators.
