L&H Industrial’s 125,000 square foot facility in Phoenix, Arizona, contains the latest in machining and welding equipment, enabling us to install our parts on even the largest mining equipment. Our horizontal and vertical manual and CNC mills accommodate up to 10 feet high and 40 feet wide. The CNC machining center easily handles parts 14’ long and 26” in diameter. Our welding shop is manned with certified welders and equipped with 120 ton hoist capacity. The facility runs 24/7 so there’s always a crew to handle your repairs, no matter how large.

L&H’s Phoenix facility pioneered reband-ing as a cost-effective, technologically
advanced alternative to new. Rebanding results in lower cost and lead times as well as
reduced tooth and rim deflection thanks to thicker rims. L&H has developed a thorough pro-
cess to rebanding. This includes bore check, rim re-moval, machining web plates and then installing new
rings. Once the welding and machining is completed, a comprehensive pre-inspection and final inspection are con-
ducted to make sure all work is up to L&H standards.

Field service is a critical component of L&H Industrial’s commitment to our customer’s work. We know that equipment downtime is not an option. That’s why our on-site field
service specialists come right to you with all the necessary equipment for the job at hand. We run a 24-man crew, with service available 24/7.
Complete field machining, welding, crane, rigging and mechanical services are all offered to our regional customers. As usual, size is never a problem for L&H Industrial, even in the field. We can jack machinery up to 4,260 tons and bore from 1 ½” to as big as 36”. Field service personnel also have the ability to machine roller circle paths from a Bucyrus 295 to a P&H 4100 XPC.
Our portable milling machines, boring machines, drilling and tapping equipment can be brought right to your worksite with certified operators and crews to repair what’s needed. And with over 50 AWS certified welders available 24 hours a day, our field welding units are at your beck and call.
