Returns:Standard products may be returned within 30 days in new andunused condition with prior authorization. There will be a 20percent re-stocking charge for returned products. Return ship-ping is the responsibility of the customer. Custom products maynot be returned.

Payment:We accept check, Visa and MasterCard. We required 50% downpayment at time of order. Balance is due prior to shipment. Aninterest charge of 2% per month will be applied to any credit bal-ances that are over 30 days old after shipment.

Shipping:Most items ship via common motor carrier. (Only productsnoted in the catalog may be shipped via UPS.) Orders that canbe shipped UPS and under $250 US may be shipped C.O.D.

Since most orders ship as a common crated package and vary insize and weight, exact shipping costs cannot be pre-determined.Approximate shipping cost may be quoted at time of order, butexact shipping and handling charges will be forwarded just priorto shipping. Shipment may be made freight collect uponrequest.

Damage:All orders are shipped FOB Schofield, WI. All shipments are fullyinsured.
