The average number of devices carried by Americans is three. The most popular being a smartphone, followed by laptops and tablets. These young workers now have the ability to work from anywhere and on the go. They’re ditching the ‘business center’ and need a space that they can customize to fi t their needs. Not wanting to sacrifi ce their personal lives while on business, staying connected to friends and family through social media is a must.

WHAT’S IN THE PALM OF YOUR HAND?
The amount of things you can do from your mobile device has grown tremendously in the past few years. There’s an app for almost anything you can think of. More and more businesses are venturing into mobile apps and sites to target Millennials and gain their business. Many app developers are Millennials themselves and when they think of something they need, they create it.Cubed

Single Option Double Option
The prototype for Guestrooms is a customized scheme. Depending on the reservation, there can be one or two beds prepared in the room. In the single option the bed folds up into the wall and a work surface can be folded down. If both beds are down for the double option, a work surface can be pulled out of the opposite millwork wall along with two chairs.
