Ingredients:Ingredients: 1 kg sauerkraut smoked pork and chicken bones 50 g dried mushrooms 1 sausage bay leaf cream pepper
Instructions:Instructions: The bones do broth. Strain it and add sauerkraut with
mushrooms, sausage and bay leaf and cook for about an hour.
After cooking cabbage soup seasoned with a spoonful of sour cream, salt and ground black pepper.
Serve with white bread.
