TAB9 | Filters Cartridge Cyclofilter type CACF 130 D-468 DH Cartridge cyclofilter CACF The CACF cyclofilters offer optimal and economical solutions to most industrial applications for fine dusts with air volumes from 2,000 up to 40,000 m³/h. It can handle under pressure up to 5,000 Pa and has a filter surface range from 39 to 756 m² and is used for filtration of welding smoke, grinding dusts, cutting smoke and dusty air containing metal, rocks, plastics, or various powder mixes. Description • High efficiency cyclone filter • Differential pressure controlled compressed air cleaning • Compressed air connection situated outside at the front • Digital differential pressure display with delta P • Pressure tank with manometer built into cabinet • Cartridge replacement through clean air side • Filter media: polyester, cellulose, antistatic or not, with or without PTFE coating. To be determined in function of dust to be treated • High performance pre-separa-tor by cyclone – increases filter life • Easy service access by front doors • Dust container with quick-lock system or rotary valve version. Advantages • Integrated conception with complete equipment. Air tank, jet valves and controller are integrated in the filter with no exterior prominence • Cartridge replacement through clean air side • Low operation costs and longer operating time with fewer shutdowns. Options • Adaptation for rotary valve version • Cartridge replacement through loaded air side • Leg extension for debris bulk bags(Big-Bag) • Fan built-on. Dust free filter changeFilter change is easy and dust free done by bayonet suspension system which is loosened from the clean air side. Dust free exchange requires plastic bags.
Service bar grating For the largest units (from and with ACF 78H) a bar grating is welded in cone als tread plate. At larger material volumes unit can be delivered without bar grating and wind deflector.
