Broadens meaning of person with a disability by adding the category
of "Major Bodily Functions to "Major Life Activities Clarifies that
agencies are required to purchase and supply substitutions and
modifications for meals served to children with disabilities that
restrict their diets. If physician-prescribed supplements are not
part of the substitutions made within the standard meal patterns,
agencies are not required to purchase the supplement as part of the
meals served to children with disabilities
