- Eurocopter is putting effort in strategic definitions of CAE-solutions also by consolidating them in a central IM-structure and governance.

- This report is showing the challenges, process and solutions to go in this directions based on the use case ALTAIR solutions.

- In the shown case a win/win (User, provider, IM, purchasing) solution has been achieved, which is answering to the future and global demands, but also taken into account the flexibility of the business and user-side.
