Malabar’s name is inspired from the Malabar coast which runs from south of Goa to Cape Comorin on India’s southern tip. Malabar, the original land of pepper, was called ‘Black Gold’ and has fascinated travellers and explorers from time immemorial. Malabar infuses fresh Asian herbs and spices with the creativity geniusof its chef. It’s not just about serving quality food, but rather it’s about creating a gastronomical experience like no other. They say people first eat with their eyes and then their mouth; this is what Malabar is trying to achieve.
