• The outcome has been a footfall increase in the city of 37.8% since 2008 • crime reduction of 4%• bag-snatching reduced by 77% in December• Violent crime reduced by 70%• city shops and offices being leased quickly• 11.5% vacant units compared to the UK average of 14.7%• A recent High Street vacancy had 8 companies fighting to get the lease.

Examples of printed media:Consistent theme throughout all. Every month the colour changes to the colour on the retail map. There are always 5 retail and 2 service businesses. Changes for next year include updating the map, fonts and having a ‘look out for … next month’.
