How many service request were received?

How many incomplete service requests were

carried forward?

Which types of service requests are on the

increase?

Service Vendors

Pool, landscape, electrical, construction, etc… do you have concerns regarding frequency of

calls?

Are you able to reach the vendor as needed? Which hours”

Service providers contracted on as-needed basis, are you comfortable

with relationships? Do you think you need to foster new relationships?

How many service requests required outside

How much internal time was devoted solely to completion of service

requests?

Does your experience with service requests lead you

to new conclusions?

Are you able to confidently give answers to difficult questions yourself, or should they go to
