• Developed Space Needs Analysis + Preliminary Assessment
• Confirmed parking, circulation, and road capacities for the
Master Plan
• Advanced open space structure, pedestrian circulation, and
development sites
• Incorporated CLA replacement into the plan

College of Environmental Design
• College’s space needs: more quantity and better quality
• Faculty split on merits of future expansion in campus core vs.
construction of a new facility next to IDC site
• Interest in Sustainability as a major plan component
