Inspection/Verification Process

• Change our forms to include Installer sign-off on various aspects of quality control.• Voltage, shade, etc.

• 3rd Party Inspectors will be measuring temperature/irradiance for use with more detailed system output validation (no affect on installers)

Application Process

• Streamlining – the following are being discussed• 1) Eliminate duplication of system info between

EPBB and Reservation Requestion Form• 2) Revise Reservation stage to have no

system information• This data is already collected at a later stage

• 3) Allow for electronic signatures• 4) Eliminate Residential Reservation altogether

• Provide information only once system is installed
