Assemblymembers Richard Bloom, James Ramos, and Jose Medina invite you to attend the Assembly Select Committee on the State of Hate which will hold its second hearing on October 29, 2019. At a time when hate is on the rise, this hearing takes on increased importance, and will focus on the current state of white nationalism, Neo-Nazism and other forms of hate in California and beyond in an effort to explore ways to effectively address it. In association with California State University San Bernardino (CSUSB), this hearing will feature a panel discussion with representatives from the CSUSB’s Center for the Study of Hate and Extremism, the Simon Wiesenthal Center, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, and the former leader of a white nationalist group. Parking on the Cal State San Bernardino campus is $6 and can be paid at the University’s information centers on University Parkway or Coyote Drive or at parking permit dispensers located throughout campus.
