2012 Performance Criteria

Performance slots for the 2012 Christian Acappella Music Awards are

based on the following criteria for each of its 17 openings.

3 performance slots are given to new artists who have never per-

formed at Christian Acappella Music Awards, regardless of nomination in

the program.

1 performance slot is utilized for the Grand Finale, where all artists per-

forming at the 2012 Christian Acappella Music Awards will be asked to

perform a song to be chosen by NACAMA.

4 performance slots utilized for previous recipients of awards at Chris-

tian Acappella Music Awards.

6 performance slots utilized for nominees for 2012 Christian Acappella

Music Awards.

3 performance slots to be distributed by NACAMA at its discretion.

In the event of a win in any category at the 2012 Christian Acappella Music Awards, the awards program planning committee is requesting that information be submitted with either the follow;

1. A declaration of intention to receive your award at the 2012 Christian Acappella Music Awards for either you our your group.

2. The designation of a secondary party to accept any award on the behalf of either you or your group. Please note that any trophy won will be released to the secondary party and will there-fore release NACAMA from any further responsibility.

3. Declaration that NACAMA name an acceptor on the behalf of you or your group. Your trophy will remain with NACAMA until which time we ship your trophy to you, currently scheduled for January, 2013. This declaration requires a subsequent shipping address.

The Christian Acappella Music Awards committee is now taking submissions for its 2012 Awards Weekend Souvenir Booklet. Submissions should be photo ready. If desired, you may forward your ad to NACAMA at marketing@nacama.com in order to expedite the

process.

Ads for the 2012 Christian Acappella Music Awards souvenir booklet must be submitted by October 15, 2012.

The Christian Acappella Music Awards committee is now taking booth space orders for the 2012 Awards Weekend. Booth space will be given on a first come, first serve basis. Each artist booth space is $100.00 and is to be paid in advance of the 2012 Christian Acappella Music Awards process date, currently set at October 15, 2012. Each Vendor Booth include a 6 foot Vendor Table & Table Skirt Please note - Purchase of booth space does not admit purchaser to any of the weekend activities. Each

person in attendance must purchase a CAMA Weekend pass.
