THE CAMBLISH TRADITIONAL TRAINING METHODOLOGY
�� Client needs and specifica�ons are iden�fied from RFQ/RFP���Training proposal: Technical and Price Components are developed and submi�ed���Assuming we win the tender/bid and the contract is awarded, the below steps then follow.���A pre-course evalua�on form is sent to the client to iden�fy gaps and level (s) of delegates' apprecia�on of key fundamental aspects of the course. Alterna�vely, client is contacted telephonically, by email or a face-to-face mee�ng is held to clarify issues started in the specifica�on���Training material is customized/aligned to client realis�c needs.���Training material is presented to client for inputs to ensure that organiza�on's opera�onal or strategic impera�ves are incorporated into the training material and this might include organiza�onal policies procedures, process maps, frameworks and any addi�onal guideline as may be specified by client.���High impact training is conducted on a 40% theory, 60% prac�cal preference, with the applied/prac�cal preference weigh�ng always having a major bias, some�mes reaching 80% of total contact �me.���A post training evalua�on is conducted, learners inputs analyzed and results given to client.���Assessment, Modera�on and SETA verifica�on is done.���Cer�ficates are issued���Project comes to an end
Note:
We use a “learning by doing” training methodology to support behavior change through highly interac�ve training. Using our customized case studies, simula�ons, role plays, clip reviews, drills, in-the-ac�on feedbacks, and other exercises as the case may be, we ensure that par�cipants apply the skills and strategies learned and receive intensive coaching and feedback during and a�er the training. We supplement learning by doing with other facilita�on strategies, including small group discussions, flip chart development to capture par�cipant opinions and ideas and allow post training strategies to be developed in peer mentored groups during the training
