WORLD FOOD SOVEREIGNTY PROJECT (WFSP)

Cambodia Project Proposal

With nearly six years of experience working, studying and traveling throughout Asia, the WFSP has a comprehensive understanding of the region.

Cambodia especially, is a place of interest and the WFSP has identified a number of attributes the country possesses that would be advantageous as an environment to meet a great number of objectives.

Therefore, the WFSP offers the following proposal.

The WFSP seeks to totally reshape the way society looks at and approaches it's food production by bringing these things up to date with the level of science & technology we posses in order to create a far more sustainable and holistic system. Utilizing a synthesis of global educational and community outreach programs, it will bring the sociology and psychology of people up to date as well.

While helping the "poor & needy” is certainly commendable, methodologies and approaches that classify and segregate people or communities ultimately perpetuates stratification and competitive class ideologies in society.

Therefore we can admit to ourselves that the traditional UN-type NGOs, charities & religious organizations have FAILED because they have been fundamentally wrong in their approaches.

"If humanity is to meet the challenges it faces in the 21st century and beyond, a whole new — much more updated worldview must be globally adopted. This must include a transition into a totally different socioeconomic paradigm".

— ERIC BOCHENE (WFSP CO-FOUNDER)
