Many CIC Members and Graduates will know from previous Newsletters, of the CIC Vice Principal’s love of trekking and mountain climbing.Just a few months ago our VP David Lawson and two CIC colleagues, Nigel and Pascal (all pictured), completed the “3 Peaks Challenge”. The Challenge is to climb the 3 highest mountains in England (Scafell Pike), Scotland (Ben Nevis) and Wales (Snowdon) consecutively in one expedition. Our congratulations to them on this difficult achievement!

Question: Does the College sponsor students and does it work with any charities?Answer: “Yes, the College works with charitable and humanitarian organisations. Currently the main charity we sponsor is HELP DADAAB, sponsoring men and women from the Dadaab Refugee Camps (in East Africa) and from the local community in Kenya. We allow employees of approved registered charities and of the United Nations a 20% Fees reduction, and may allow or sponsor individuals up to 20% of a CIC course Fee for special cases on request.
