Dear Participants,

We would like to start by thanking all of you

to take out your valuable time to spend with

us and give us the opportunity to present

Campus To Corporate; an initiative to help

you scale up & sharpen your knowledge and

skill to face the age old challenges and be

prepare to put your feet in to the world of

professionals.

1. Speak in English Language.

2. Lack of confidence.

3. Lack of awareness of attire, body-language.

4. Don’t know the JOB Profile.

5. Parents will not allow to go far from home.

6. Confused what to do after 12th or after my

Graduation.

7. Friends have started working, there is a big

social pressure; can’t handle it.

8. Don’t have money to spend for skill

development.

CONCLUSION

We love to spend on our Birthdays, For Movies etc. Not for our

Development which can Secure our FUTURE!

S T U D E N T

1. Placing student in organization is the biggest

challenge.

2. Students don’t match at par organization

requirement.

3. Organization rejects us due to non-popularity;

we don’t have brand popularity.

4. Last year placement was pathetic, students are

not willing to join our college.

5. Don’t have budget to maintain placement cell.

6. People don’t think about Tier – II, Tier – III city

students.

CONCLUSION

We always love to speak about our PROBLEMS! We don’t seek for

solutions.

1. Never heard of this college name.

2. We only go for TOP B – Schools.

3. We don’t recruit from Campus.

4. We can’t afford to move to these Tier – II, Tier –

III locations.

5. Candidates from these remote locations, not

ready to shift themselves from their base

locations.

6. We had a very worst experience, now we

changed our policy and stopped recruiting

candidates from Non-Branded Colleges.

CONCLUSION

We only focus on our Growth, so that we can create more JOBs. But

what about the growth of these remote locations 'candidates?

Dear Participants,

During our feasibility study across the regions in

Tier-II, Tier-III cities in India, among 500 colleges,

more than 25,000 students and 200 organizations;

we found that Every One of Them as an individual

or institution some or the other way they are in

FEAR about those presented Problems.

“First LEARN then remove the ‘L’ ”

LEAD BY CHOICE NOT BY-CHANCE

Campus To Corporate took the first initiative to

reach those remote locations to Help these Non –

Branded Colleges and their Students to face these

challenges and scale-up their skill sets to match up

with the current industry trends, also be updated

for future trends and be prepare to get out of their

own mind-set to start a journey towards their

professional world. The SOLUTION is just a call way.
