Covering up techniques:When you check on a transaction, to avoid possible blame, the person involved may provide confused information to smoke the situation.

Imperfect solution:You develop a game app with some bugs but you still release the game. Gamers complain with nasty comments but praise after a batch release to fix bugs with new exciting features. If selling erroneous game consider deceiving, probably there will be no improvement.

Withhold information:Information may never reveal or reveal in much later time whether it is a good or evil intention. E.g. prior to mass retrenchment, a company prefer not to reveal until the last minute to avoid demoralise workers and unnecessary conflicts. The employees may feel unfair for short notice, but it be fair to the employer if the notice too early. What is the best approach?
