• Acquaint with a best practice(s) that assists with the persistence, learning, and success of students
• Develop a self-monitoring system in which students can track their progress and visualize their goals towards persistence and completion
• Distinguish resources to implement the SMART goal concept
• Learn strategies to design a workshop suitable for advising, online and in-class curriculum, and workshops that contribute to student engagement
