It has been developed usingthe expertise and experience of those who have competed for and worked with Team GB. Designed to bespoke musiccreated by some of the UK’s top House DJ’s, HIIT Step is a high energy class that will push you to new limits. 30 MINUTES
Kid FitA great way for children to get active. A group based fitness program to introduce kids to a regular exercise regime. Done ina motivating, fun and supportive environment, kids thrive as they combine fun, fitness and sports development. Free for Roar Fitness 247 members kids or $5 per child for non-members. Pure StepAdvanced combinations of basic and complex moves around a step platform. Participants are challenged head to toe inthis calorie blasting workout. Power Step is encouraged first before participating in this advanced level class. 60 MINUTES

A mixture of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates which builds flexibility, core strength and posture. Controlled breathing, movesand poses choreographed to music to create a holistic workout. 60 MINUTES

Meta PWRCreated by a former Royal Marine Commando, Metafit combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest HIITtraining techniques. This workout uses functional equipment and exercises mixed with our unique brand of metafit timings,commands and music for a power workout. 30 MINUTES
This class drives home two objectives: utilizing variable pedal cadence to increase the training effect and increasing intensity by minimising breaks between tracks. Push yourself and you’ll be killing calories. 50 MINUTES
Xtreme CircuitA constantly changing class that suits any individual who enjoys training in a group environment. The class uses body weight,free weights and cardio to shape, tone and improve cardio fitness and endurance. Mums N BubsFREE for everyone, even non-members, this class is for mums wanting to get back into fitness. This class focuses onfunctional movements and bodyweight exercises using your bub as your weight. *A play matt or capsule is required. No prams. Children aged 8 weeks - 18 months. 45 MINUTES

Vinyasa YogaA type of yoga that links movement to breath to attain balance in the mind and body. From the Sanskrit ‘to place in a special way’, Vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with breath to achieve a continuous flow. Inhalation is usuallyconnected to upward, open movements, while exhalation is tied to downward movements or twists. 60 MINUTES
ABS Express Targeting the core area and delivering a short, succinct session, ABS Express generally follows a Metafit class and is the perfect combination for fat burning and muscle toning. 30 MINUTES
