Dear Brothers and Sisters,
First, I would like to invite all of our members and guests to join us in the picnic area for our weekly Monday and Friday dinners as well as our exciting outdoor events coming up in July such as our 4th of July celebration and our family Dinner & Movie Night on the 25th of July. If you are looking to get out of the house and have a great time, please come out and enjoy the picnic area with your fellow members, we would really like to see you there. As we move into July, all events, food, and libation services are subject to change as needed depending upon current State and LA County Health Department regulations. These regulations are for the safety of all members and guests. And as they continue to change, we sincerely appreciate your understanding and
cooperation as we continue to adjust our services accordingly to meet those regulations.
A BIG "Thank You" to our Canoga Park Elk membership for the tremendous support and generosity made during the past few months. I can honestly say that it is because of your continued donations and dedication to your Lodge that your Lodge is standing strong through this difficult time.
A special "Thank You" to all of our Elk volunteers and the ladies of the Emblems #360 in making these successful events available to our membership, they are really putting out the extra effort for you during this challenging time. Please come and show your support and let them know how much you appreciate their hard work.
As we move ahead in the coming months, we will continue holding outdoor events in the picnic area while practicing current LA County Health Department policies in order to keep our members safe. We will need to increase our volunteer staff, due to the current LA County Health Department policies, in order to fully access all areas of the Lodge in the months to come. Please, if you are able and willing, call the Lodge or reach out to an officer and let them know you are available.

Covid-19 (the Corona Virus) has put our Lodge in a very difficult position. We are starting to have take out meals which is helping but it only does a little bit. Please consider sending us a donation to help us through this difficult time. Hopefully we will be able to resume our operations soon. If each member could PLEASE donate $25.00 per month. Make reservations and participate in a drive-thru meal.
Thank you to everyone who donated over these past few months.
The Stay at Home order has been extended until further notice with some exceptions. Lastly, please follow the CDC Guidelines and stay healthy and safe. Thank you in advance for your participation and for your understanding.

Flag Day 2020
On Sunday, June 14th, our Exalted Ruler Jeff & First Lady Marina, his Corps of Officers, wonderful
volunteers, and a great group of attendees celebrated Flag Day at the Lodge. Officers and volunteer were wearing lodge shirts and/or patriotic dress. Members and guests could order Breakfast Burritos to pick up and take home, and our Picnic area was available for Social Distance seating and eating. American Flags were handed out and forty-two breakfast burritos were sold. Many members stayed to chat and socialize while maintaining appropriate distance – it was great to catch up face to face (or mask to mask) with our brothers and sisters, some of whom we haven’t seen in months. ER Jeff lead everyone in the Salute to our Flag, followed by the thunderous firing of a mini cannon. Thanks to everyone who volunteered their time and efforts, and to all members and guests who attended the event!
