A Top 5 U.S. Bank discovered that over two dozen intranets across multiple platforms were being used by its employees and engaged Sparks Grove to create a vision for better organizing and streamlining their data. After conducting a thorough research project involving over 200 employee interviews and persona development, we created a future state intranet framework. This framework consolidated all intranets into one customizable dashboard with a contemporary design that brought the portal to life.
