Capability Enhancement and Development Schemes
The Career Guidance and Placement cell creates a liaison between the student community
and the corporates. It also plays a dynamic role in providing guidance and assistance with regard
to career opportunities. The Cell offers all possible support to the UG and PG students by
organizing student enrichment programmes and training sessions. All job openings are informed
and the students are trained with skill-sets necessary for employment.
The college has a structured system for carrying out the career counseling activities. The
Cell along with the Placement coordinator of each department guides the students regarding career
related challenges. They facilitate contacts between organizations and students and equip them by
offering Soft Skill Training, Aptitute Training, Logical Training Programmes, Special Lectures,
Motivational Talks, Workshops, Seminars, Conferences and Extraordinary meetings.
On campus recruitment drives is a regular feature of our college through which maximum
numbers of students are given career opportunities. Students are encouraged to attend all other off-
campus interviews so as to increase their chances of getting placed in reputed institutions.
Mega Government Job Fair
Every year the Cell in collaboration with The Tamil Nadu Maanila Ooraga Vazhvadhara
Iyakkam (State Rural Livelihood Support Movement Organisation) and District Employment
Office, Tirupur conducts Mega Government Job Fair for the benefit of the rural people.
