When this travel giant sought to move into a new home for their ever-growing Europe-an customer service team, they appointed Agilité to oversee the transformation of their three-storey office.

This carefully space-planned and expertly-designed Cat B fit-out took four months to complete and now comprises a series of open plan offices, collaborative workshop areas, training rooms, private one-to-one meeting hubs, plus larger conference-suites equipped with state-of-the-art AV and IT equipment.

With employee wellbeing a key priority Agilité also created zen and chill out rooms, as well as games zones to encourage the blend of work and play. A top-of-the range kitchen also caters for the busy team.

A full-concept and detailed design was required for Deloitte’s new office in a landmark building in central Zurich.

Agilité provided a comprehensive suite of support including design, general contracting, construction management, cost planning, internal stakeholder management, furniture procurement advice, permit management, local authority/statutory service provider liaison, local maintenance supplier research, appointment and management.

Expert project management meant that multiple budgetary and programme constraints were all satisfied, and delivery included an audio-visual suite, client facing meeting and conference rooms, cafeteria and breakout spaces, plus cellular and coworking office layouts.

This prestigious project was not just a fantastic showcase of our fit out expertise – it was also an honour to be involved in a scheme that is set to have such a positive social impact on the French community.

Agilité was appointed to refurbish a 700sqm facility that we have transformed into the first of Lady Brigitte Macron’s new Vocations Institute for Employment (Live) – funded by LVMH.

Having stripped the building back to bare concrete, we have installed a new HVAC sys-tem, provided bespoke joinery services for the cafeteria and reception areas, ensured optimum acoustic performance throughout, laid varied eye-catching flooring, created new washrooms and delivered an entirely new electrical infrastructure. The schedule was tight for a programme of this scale and profile but the project has been completed on time, to budget and the specified finish.

This project was set to take place in what is perceived as an extremely challenging geogra-phy, but Agilité’s proven ability to deliver in this environment meant that this international stock exchange client actively sought us out for this turnkey job. Our in-depth knowledge of both the market and the local supply chain meant that we could complete this high-profile 12-week fit out on time and within budget, from feasibility study stage through to site handover.

Deutsche Borse now has a stunning, client-facing corporate space in a new Brussels tower in the heart of the EU business zone. The office includes reception, meeting rooms and work-stations, with high performance acoustic partitioning, mobile walls and state of the art audio visual and conference installations, plus bespoke internal staircase and architectural glazed enclosures.

When this global investment brand sought to overhaul its existing HQ and double the size of this commercial space in the process, Agilité was involved from the outset of this two-phase project.

Working hand-in-hand with STUDIOS Architecture, we assumed responsibility for the MEP design through to installation, helped remodel Meridiam’s collaborative spaces with special attention given to acoustics, and oversaw the execution of the entire fit out that followed.

The Haussmanian style of the space remained intact yet with the injection of modern touches through new soft floors, parquet and mouldings.

A two-stage open book procurement route was adopted for this project to meet the tight budget requirements and need for end-to-end transparency.

When globally-renowned technology brand Mozilla set out to relocate to new offices in Paris, Agilité was appointed as the design and build contractor for this high-profile assignment. The brief was to deliver a fully-functional, interesting and vibrant working environment, within clearly defined timelines and strict budgetary parameters.

Regular consultation with the client – locally and in the USA – ensured the concept and scheme design evolved in perfect alignment with the project brief, a transparent procurement process included a number of value-engineered solutions to make the budget work harder, and a reuse strategy was implemented where possible to avoid unnecessary expenditure.

The seven-week office development project allowed the creation of large conference rooms equipped with high-end audio-visual system, acoustic videoconferencing room, open plan working areas, collaborative spaces, a cafeteria and a furnished terrace.

When this American-owned testing equipment manufacturer sought new office space for their relocation to Southern Paris, the US client appointed Agilité to support the relocation.The turnkey fit out of their new 800sqm space took eight weeks to complete. But this was not a straightforward project. To create new testing laboratories, product showroom, client demonstration rooms and cellular R&D hubs, Agilité had to work with architects in both the UK and US to meet local code requirements.

Drawing on our communication strengths, we also took the lead on wider stakeholder management and project scheduling during the summer break to ensure the smoothest possible transition for the Tektronix team.

This exemplary project showcases the power of a collaborative approach to a turnkey MEP design, build and fit out brief. Appointed by this iconic advertising company, the Agilité team worked closely with Xandr’s concept designer, project manager and IT/AV contractor from the US to bring the vibrant vision for this 500sqm space to life.

The international business now has an ultra-modern new office workspace, reception area, breakout zones, visio conference rooms, bespoke phone booths, a dedicated IT room, a new disabled shower and enclosed bike rack in the car park.

Impressed with the quality of Agilité’s support on a previous office project, our team of experienced fit out professionals was an obvious choice when it came to transforming a second Servcorp office in Brussels’ landmark Bastion Tower.

This repeat business client wanted to reconfigure its traditional environment into a vibrant, engaging new co-working space. But to minimise disruption to the building’s occupants, all works had to take place overnight.

This end-to-end assignment saw us deliver design and space planning, collaborative breakout zones, new video conference facilities and a main boardroom to exacting client standards. We also investigated and completed a feasibility study for a complete air conditioning upgrade, inclusive of detailed data logging and planning to ascertain the necessary environmental improvement.

Renowned for providing fully-furnished business centres and serviced office spaces in luxurious environments worldwide, Servcorp sought an experienced fit out specialist to help create a modern coworking space in the heart of its busy corporate hub in Brussels.

The 12-week turnkey project saw the experienced Agilité team deliver local architectural design support, programming of works, permitting, local authority and landlord liaison, pre-construction cost planning and programming, two-stage open book fit out pro-curement, plus mechanical and electrical systems upgrades.

The project was completed within budget and on programme, with minimal disruption to the surrounding occupied space. The vibrant collaborative environment now contains a relaxed, modern breakout area, cafeteria, kitchen, cellular offices, plus new electrical and IT installations throughout.

Galleries Lafayette is one of the most prestigious department stores in central Paris. The compact yet complex remodelling of this existing retail concession therefore required metic-ulous attention to detail, plus extensive experience of boutique shopping environments and satisfying the needs of globally-acclaimed brand guidelines.

The project comprised design development removal and renovation of existing case line displays, wall cladding, flooring, lighting modifications, high quality wall and floor finishes, supplier management including non-EU import of materials, landlord interface, certification and building control approvals.

A tight programme of works meant working during the night and weekends to avoid any retail disruption.

Remodelling

The Student Hotel is the new version of a student accomodation, more vibrant, trendy andwell designed spaces. In order to take this hotel to the next level, a state-of-the-art standardfor which TSH is renowned, we are undergoing serious remodeling and ugrading to thespace. The project is schedules to last five months and will take place in 3 consecutivephases, making sure the hotel continues trading at all times which is one of the keyelements.

The project’s first phase was to remodel all the common parts of the hotel to meet the TSHstandards. The second phase consisted in transforming three shared kitchens into 5 fullyoperational rooms. The last and largest phase will be the full remodel of the ground floorlobby , reception and breakfast area. This remodel includes all architectural finishes, FF&Eand of course mechanical and electrical.

A tight programme of works and occupied spaces meant working carefully and alwayscommunicating clearly and early with the hotel management.

Remodelling

A much talked about contemporary exhibit has come to life at London’s prestigious Saatchi Gallery, thanks to the creative collaboration between artist Kate Daudy, international design practice STUDIOS Architecture and fit out specialist Agilité Solutions.

Following extensive research and exploration, Daudy’s multi-media installation – It Wasn’t That At All – responds to the Tutankhamun: Treasures of the Golden Pharaoh exhibition which is running at the Gallery until May 2020.

Continuously brainstorming with Kate Daudy and the Saatchi Gallery Director, Phillipa Adams, the team spent two weeks on their behind-the-scenes pre-installation design and produc-tion before the two-day fit out at the Saatchi Gallery.

The unusual yet simple space is modular by design which satisfied the tight timescales for the project, gave Daudy flexibility as she brought her interpretive brief to life, and allows the space to be reshaped for her immersive show. Everything was also consciously designed to be transportable and reusable.

Transformation

This was a complex exploratory project for this iconic apparel brand, which saw Agilité inves-tigate the transformation of a combined office and retail space in one building on the pres-tigious Avenue des Champs-Élysées.

With 7,700sqm of ex-car showroom space plus a 3,500sqm office environment, the future potential for this 10-levelstorey environment was vast. Agilité therefore worked in partner-ship with main contractor Exa to provide expert consultancy advice on logistics, local pro-curement support, and interfaces with the landlord, third-parties and statutory authority.

Our services have also subsequently been employed in the identification of/consultation with specialist subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the best value solutions have been pro-posed to Nike. Strategic and detailed programming support, as well as a design review has also been provided.

Transformation

This was a technical consultancy project following Agilité being approached for advice on a number of HVAC installations in Tektronix’s Cologne office. The feasibility and options study required our consultants to audit the budgetary and logistical implications of a potential HVAC system overhaul for this specialist equipment manufacturer.

All possible modifications were assessed in terms of their suitability plus the level of mechanical access required, before detailed findings were included in a comprehensive report. The study enabled the client to make informed decisions, best suited to their or-ganisation, during a busy period in their operations.

System modifi-cation

As part of our ongoing partnership with global office specialist Instant, we were commis-sioned to provide feasibility analysis and test fits for a client ahead of a potential relocation project.

The consultation involved us shaping all necessary stages of the ensuing works that followed, including permit preparation, outline space and cost planning, detailed programming and a full existing furniture audit.

The project will now be procured on an open-book, two-stage basis with our team provid-ing full procurement services plus mechanical and architectural design during the pre-con-struction and construction phases. On-site project and construction management will also be supplied for seamless stakeholder coordination and to ensure all pre-requisites including budget and programme adherence are met.
