dispute resolution

Projects often fail as a result of poor performance and failure to adequately plan.

Often contractors revert to using the project schedule as a claims tool rather than

what it is designed for; driving a project to successful completion.

GBA Projects understands that disputes can be lengthy and costly and with this in

mind has developed its own systems and framework to quickly get to the source of

the problems.

With some projects having some 300 pages of schedule data to interrogate our

approach can reduce the time it takes to get to the root-cause of a projects delay and

disruption events.

The primary challenge is to provide clients with a cost effective full service delivery

ensuring a tailored approach to each project. We make this possible by utilising fast

and effective forensic analysis solutions, reducing the effort it takes to number-crunch

leaving more time to analyse.

“I have known and worked with the GBA Projects team for many years and

I’m always happy to recommend their skills and capabilities to our clients.”

Pat Weaver, Managing Director, Mosaic Project Services
