•  Established  in  2014;  •  Setup  by  professionals  having  10  years  of  experience  in  

implemen4ng  Placement  Linked  Skill  Development  programs  funded  by  central  &  state  governments,  industry,  CSR  and  others;    

•  First  company  that  hires  60%  of  its  assessors  on  its  payrolls;  •  A  team  of  120  assessors  from  over  8  Sectors;  •  Assessors  are  carefully  chosen  having  work  experience  of  

atleast  4+  years  in  the  similar  sector  and  trade;  •  Prima  Assessor  Development  Program  (PADP),  a  Assessor  

Training  Capsule  (ATC),  has  been  designed  to  train  experienced  professionals  on  scien4fic  ways  of  conduc4ng  assessments  by  “Reducing  Percep4onal  Evalua4on”;  

•  Regional  teams  are  in  place  in  the  east  at  Bhubaneswar,  in  the  west  at  Pune,  in  the  south  at  Chennai  and  north  is  managed  from  Head  Office  in  Delhi;

•  Centres  equipped  in  machinery,  tools,  tackles,  etc  that  can  conduct  tests  for  technical  skills  in  requirement  

•  2  such  centres  are  opera4onal  in  North  having  equipments  and  machinery  for  mason,  plumbing,  electrician,  welding,  computers,  etc  

•  6  more  centres  are  in  different  stages  of  finalisa4on  and  should  be  ready  by  end  of  October  

•  Prima  is  in  the  process  of  iden4fying  12  more  such  centres  to  have  20  tes4ng  centres  by  March  2016  

•  These  centres  have  modern  equipments  and  are  designed  to  be  modular  to  accommodate  all  kinds  of  trade  as  per  the  market  requirement  

•  Also  would  impart  training  on  the  Prima  Assessor  Development  Program  designed  to  conduct  assessments  for  –  Expats  –  Industry    –  Government  Sponsored  Skill  Projects  

•  Tes4ng  Centres  shall  deliver  fast  track  training  programs  for  candidates  interested  to  work  abroad

•  Prepara4on  of  competency  mapping  reports  with  performance  wise  analysis  is  developed  for  each  trainee

•  Primaware  is  a  complete  assessment  solu4on;  •  Tab/Mobile  based  assessment  tool  that  enables  online/offline  

assessment  of  trainees  once  downloaded;  •  Assessor  is  allowed  to  conducted  assessments  only  on  the  pre-­‐

recorded  date  though  it  allows  the  details  of  the  trainee  to  be  downloaded  in  advance;  

•  Checks  and  measures  have  been  put  into  Primaware  for  avoiding  impersona4on  of  the  assessor  like  photo  verifica4on  of  the  assessor  in  the  backend;  

•  Assessor  on  clicking  on  the  trainee  can  see  all  the  details  of  trainee  that  he/she  needs  to  verify  with  originals  before  conduc4ng  assessments;  

•  Smart  Scoring  Tool  helps  the  assessor  to  give  marks  per  Performance  Criteria  by  providing  hint  ques4ons  that  are  randomly  picked  from  a  ques4on  bank  thus  repe44on  of  ques4ons  is  avoided;  

•  Sopware  captures  evidences  like  viva  voice  recording  and  10  minutes  video  of  the  trainee  undertaking  prac4cal;  

•  Upon  comple4on  of  the  assessment  of  the  batch,  the  result  is  published  on  the  server  instantly  or  as  soon  as  the  assessor  comes  in  a  network  zone

•  Prime  is  android  applica4on  that  does  the  following:  –  It’s  a  internal  informa4on  system  available  to  the  team  that  

manages  assessment  at  Prima;  –  The  app  is  able  to  iden4fy  the  nearest  assessor  once  it  is  fed  

with  the  loca4on  of  the  assessment  available  in  our  database  as  per  the  assessment  schedule  available  on  Primaware;  

–  It  pings  the  assessor  to  accept  an  assessment  –  Provides  the  exact  loca4on  of  the  assessor  and  the  bus  and  

train  routes  as  per  Google  Map  –  Once  the  assessor  confirms  the  assessment  the  app  

remembers  the  date  of  assessment  and  informs  the  supervisors  of  the  movement  of  the  assessor  

–  During  assessments  the  app  con4nuously  pings  to  the  server  giving  loca4on  of  the  assessor
