FRAMES

FULL TRUSSFull truss frames have the highest quality support structure and are the most stable of all frame types. This is the strongest instant canopy design available and is exclusive to Caravan Canopys Professional and Commercial grade canopies. The full truss style frames are designed with daily use of exhibitors and entrepreneurs in mind.

RISING TRUSSThe rising truss system is exclusive to Caravan Canopy Sports. This system combines some of the benets of the full truss systems strength by reinforcing the truss bars while offering additional headroom similar to the cathedral style frames.

CATHEDRALCathedral style frames offer the maximum amount of headroom and are the most economical of all frame types. These frames are designed to be light and convenient for recreational and personal use.

Caravan Global | Instant Canopy

Caravan designs products for ease of use and that includes the occasional repair. All of our canopies are bolted, not riveted. Bolts allow each section of the canopy to be repaired by simply removing the damaged segment and replacing with the new part.

A feature unique to Caravan is that the tops on our Commercial and Professional grade canopies are interchangeable. This ensures that you can easily upgrade the frame on your custom top or upgrade the top on your stock frame!

Instant Canopy | Caravan Global

INSTALLATION

Stand the frame upright in the center of the desired set-up location. Gently pull the outer frame legs apart until they are partially extended with a second person assisting.

Attach the hook and loop strips located on the underside of the top to the truss bars to secure the top.

Your Caravan Canopy is now complete!

Lift the frame into position by expanding the truss bars until the frame is fully extended. Be careful not pinch ngers or hands as you lift and step backwards slowly.

At each corner of the frame, secure the fabric top by connecting the hook and loop strip on the underside of the fabric to the upper canopy hook and loop strip located on the upper leg of the frame. Pull fabric taut and secure in place.

Adjust legs of the frame to the desired height by lifting up each leg and slowly pulling the inner leg down in place until the leg pops into place. Place one foot on the footpad and extend each leg until you reach the desired setting.

Now that the frame is fully extended, lock the top bracket sliders into place at each corner by holding the frame with one hand and pulling the slider in place until it locks.

Place the fabric top over the frame.
