Students Need To Be Oriented Towards Their Own Vocation

Education serves two purposes:• Knowledge gain

• Having appropriate careers

They compliment to each other,

From childhood students acquire General Knowledge from the dailystudies giving emphasizes on Own Preferences: but HOW?

Doing /practising what s/he likes most.

Parents /Senior people ( Teachers/Relatives/ Coach) thepersons to guide students towards their own inclination bysupplying/arranging appropriate scopes/advantages in order tomake it available before them.

It is called “SPOT” the career for that particular student.

• Your comfort feelings with the subject of study

• Conventional.

Some refer to these as Holland Codes or RIASEC
