    So for many of you while it might not be quite as bleak as the picture here there is a degree of confusion, anxiety and possible dread about what your next step will be after graduation and if you haven't used the service of the Career Development Centre in your last few years here this is the year when you will need to avail of some of the many options we have open to you to explore and discover career areas and options ulitmatley leading to a considered and informed decision on your next step.Many students come to Careers Service at the getting there or application stage, without having spent any time finding out about themselves (whats important to them, interests them, suits them and what they like doing) and what types of careers will really make them happy.

    Research has shown that individuals who follow a similar process to this, tend to make more successful career decisions.

    The main focus of the Careers Service to help you work through this process. This forms the basis of our various careers workshops including our award-winning One-day Workshop.
