ü The Event – MARG is organized and managed by ALLEN Career Institute, having Corporate Office at "SANKALP"
CP-6, Indra Vihar Kota (Rajasthan), 324005.
ü We assure you to provide all the privileges as defined.
ü Event will be organised with reasonable skills and care. We will consult with the Participator Representative on
aspects of the Event where we deem it appropriate to do so.
BOOKING
ü In consideration of us providing the Participator Benefits, you shall pay to us the Participation Fee in accordance
with the Payment Schedule, and to the account specified.
ü All Bookings must be made on-line and will be confirmed after receiving full payment.
STALL ALLOCATION:
ü Stall will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis
ü We reserve the right to amend the exhibition floorplan or alter the exact location of the Stall within the floorplan to
accommodate maximum participation.
ü Change of Location is not permitted once it is selected by participator.
PAYMENT:
ü 100% advance of the total Participant Fee must be paid during online Registration.
ü Payment can be done either online transfer through RTGS or Demand Draft only.
ü In case of RTGS payment, booking will be confirmed in 24 hours. For Demand Draft payment booking will be
confirmed in 48 hours.
CANCELLATION / REFUND:
ü 50% of total amount will be refund in case of cancellation till 18 October 2016
ü All cancellations must be submitted in writing e-mail.
ü No refunds will be given in respect of any cancellations after 18 October 2016
