I have resolutely focused on outcomes, using data at all levels to ensure that activity is not mistaken for.

I possess Degree in Master’s of English, Masters in Commerce & Bachelor in Education; additionally, I enjoyed 16 years as an educationist. Apart from degrees I have experience of establishing two new schools one in Ludhiana, Punjab and in Panipat, Haryana. I have been working in the educational field since I graduated from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla in 1999 and since that time I have worked in various renowned residential & nonresidential National and International Co-educational organizations in Himachal Pradesh, Dehradun, Punjab and Haryana; Heading National and International schools and inspiring Global students from India, Thailand, Malaysia, Nepal and Qatar.

Leadership Competence: The ability to promote the philosophy of the school program; provide team-building leadership; promote multicultural awareness, create an effective staff development plan; and engage in continuing professional development.

Administrative Competence: The talent to maintain a safe, secure, respectful, positive and effective learning environment; evaluate staff performance; monitor financial procedures and record retention; and coordinate with the school advisory council.
