•Enlisted Boards CPO / SCPO / MCPO:

•Administrative in Nature •CNP “Approval Authority” •Follows “Statutory” procedures •Board “Process” completely different than Officer Process CPO: ~ 20,000 eligible LCDR (Largest Officer Board ~4000 eligible)

•Post board scrub “AIM”: PRIMS Local Data Base (only valid if reported as directed by MPM 1616-040) DONCAF

•CPO – No PRIMS Scrub Command Certifies within Standards

•Enduring Process for the foreseeable future •Performance Based – no quotas / targets •Held annually •General Criteria: 19 total years of service 3 years Time in Grade Look back 5 years or since last promoted Criteria for a “blemish” – NAVADMIN / Precept
