Career Week: Opening Doors

AIESEC Mongolia is delighted to have the opportunity to respond to your interest and requirement for a solution that will enable you to hire Mongolia’s young and brightest students and recent university graduates. This proposal provides an overview of how AIESEC can work together with your company through Career Week, a collection of events designed to create a space for Mongolian youth, particularly students and recent university graduates, to explore potential career pathways and opportunities. There are various ways that your organization can get involved with this initiative, as outlined in this proposal. This proposal also gives a brief overview of AIESEC’s exchange programmes, the Global Internship Programme and the Global Community Development Programme. These two programmes are a unique way for companies and organizations to hire foreign talent for short to long-term temporary or project-based internships. We hope that this proposal package will give you a clear idea of what AIESEC and your company can do together. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

Career Week: Opening Doors

About AIESEC About AIESEC Headquartered in Rotterdam, AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-driven organization, an international platform for young people to explore and develop their potentials and to create positive impacts on the society. We provide our members with an integrated development experience comprised of leadership opportunities, international internships and participations in a global learning environment.

The AIESEC Way

AIESEC is a global, non-political, not-for-profit, youth-run organization. We envision peace and fulfillment of humankind’s potential. Our members are interested in world issues, leadership and management. Our six core values are activating leadership, enjoying participation, striving for excellence, demonstrating integrity, living diversity and acting sustainably.

The AIESEC Experience

The AIESEC experience is consisted of both the leadership in the organization and participation in exchange activities. Members can lead teams, create strategic plans, make executive decisions and put ideas into practice through projects. At the same time, they can go on exchange and challenge their world views. Coming out from the AIESEC experience, the members are ready to head for future and to make positive impacts on the society.

Career Week: Opening Doors

What is Career Week? Career Week is a collection of events in Mongolia initiated by AIESEC. Career Week is designed to create a space for Mongolian youth, particularly university students and recent graduates, to explore potential career pathways and opportunities in different fields and industries. What will make Career Week unique is that organizations and students will have the opportunity to connect through three key event spaces: the Career Week Job Fair, the Career Week Workshops, and Networking Night.

When is Career Week? Career Week will take place from 18-22 November 2013.

Benefits We anticipate 10,000 participants attending both the Career Week Job Fair, as well as our Career Week Workshops. Our Networking Night will be more exclusive, and will provide companies and organizations with the opportunity to connect with Ulaanbaatar’s best and brightest students and recent university graduates.
