THESE DISHES USUALLY CONCIST OF RICE, BEANS, SPACES, PLATAIN, CASSABA, CILANTRO, BELLPEPPER,CHACHQEAS, TOMATOS, SWEET POTERIOS AND COCONUT, AND ANY VARIOS LEFTS THAT ARE LOCALLY ABELABLE. BEEF, POULTERY, PORK AND FISH. Which we tend to find a lot of those combinations in some of our dishes in the US.
