Who is CWho is C--SWA?SWA?• The Caribbean Spa and Wellness Association (C-SWA) was officially

launched in July 2006.

• C-SWA was formed as a direct result of the first Caribbean Spa and Wellness conference held in St. Lucia in November 2005 where leading companies from across the Caribbean and global experts in our industry met to chart the road map for the future.

• The first and only professional independent and non-lucrative association dedicated solely to the Caribbean Spa and Wellness Industry.

• Our mission - to foster and promote the growth of the industry and to serve our members through training and education, public relations andcommunications, legislative advocacy, membership development and ethic enforcement.

• Membership is open to Spa and Wellness facilities, product and service suppliers and other Caribbean related businesses.

Soothing Touch Da Spa Inc. commenced operation in August 2002 the company has positioned itself as the Barbados’ first truly authentic independent spa. Over the past 4 years Soothing Touch has expanded its day spa facility in the ‘rustic tropical’ (Caribbean) ambiance of ‘Kutcha’, a 4 ½ acre property in Christ Church on the eastern Caribbean island of Barbados. The spa has become the leader on the Island in a recent survey Soothing Touch was rated #1 Spa that persons would most likely visit and #2 (second to Sandy Lane) as the Spa they most desired to visit.The spa has grown at a avenge of 40% per year.
