T-Max Drill Head - used for solid boring to remove the material in one pass with speed and precision. It has a high penetration rate and is designed to give straighter holes.

Deep Hole- 7 total machines dedicated to large deep hole boring- Hole ranges starting at .625" diameter and up- Lengths up to 20 feet- Lifting capacity to 20 tons- Table capacity to 30,000 pounds

Counter Bore Tool - used to enlarge an existing hole or to remove any excess stock. It's also used for close tolerance and optimal surface finish while providing straight hole drilling.

Honing- Hole sizes up to 12"- Lengths up to 22 feet- Can hone tubing or drilled bars to +/-.0005 I.D. tolerance and give you finishes as

low as 4Ra

Trepanning Tool - provides for a fast and economical way to produce holes. It leaves a solid core in the center of the hole which can be re-used.

Quality System- ISO 9001 Certified- CMM and a full range of gauge equipment

Pull Bore Tool - it can accurately open up and straighten any existing hole. It's commonly used when the concentricity and the bore run-out need to be closely controlled.

Material Handling- Large bays serviced by over bridge cranes- 16 jib Cranes- 2 forklifts (4,700 and 11,000 pound capacity)

3-D MODEL CAPABILITIES

BORING

Our highly specialized, state of the art, CNC column deep hole drilling machine is designed for very large, complex work pieces typically seen in the mold, oilfield and aerospace industries. Our machine can bore up to 7.00" diameters and can reach depths of 100" from one end, or 200" if drilled from both ends.

With a table size of 60 x 120 we can accommodate parts up to 50,000 lbs. The ability to drill larger holes in irregular parts makes us unique in the industry. This equipment is specially designed for drilling high diameter-to-depth ratio holes and reliable cross-hole drilling for a wide variety of materials.
